Lincoln fails in bid to shift hearing Lincoln University management has failed in its bid to stop the employment court deciding whether or not the university was justified in sacking one of its senior staff members, Associate Professor Glenn Stewart, last July. The case is now being set down for a five day hearing in the court, expected to start in late August or early September.
