MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Moody's Investors Service said it cut its outlook on Barclays Bank Mexico, S.A.'s 'A1' global local currency deposit rating to negative from stable following the downgrade of parent Barclays Bank Plc.'s bank financial strength rating to 'B' from B+ with a negative outlook.
