Putin reshuffles Russian government (Part 4) (Interfax)

MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has reshuffled the Russian government. "While planning the optimization of federal executive authorities, we aimed to increase the efficiency of the state machinery and its personnel," Putin said at the government meeting on Monday.
