EAST HARTFORD — Town officials casting about for developers of two vacant buildings on Silver Lane have gotten a bite from Wal-Mart. A Wal-Mart spokesperson has confirmed that the company is interested in opportunities in East Hartford, though would not go into specifics about its plans.
