Meet the legends of rock 'n' roll at Worcester Art Museum exhibit (The MetroWest Daily News)

If you missed Woodstock, the Palladium or Altamont, you can still see the legends of rock 'n' roll grinding their pelvises, burning their guitars, pumping their fists and sneering and snarling at the Worcester Museum of Art in a new exhibit, "Who Shot Rock & Roll."

Ah Haa, UCSM partner to offer accredited art classes (Telluride Daily Planet)

The Ah Haa School for the Arts and the University Centers of the San Miguel are working together to offer art classes for credit through Mesa State College. This fall, Western Art of Modern Centuries is offered for one credit taught by Laura Kudo, MA. This class is held Monday and Wednesday evenings from Oct. 20-Nov. 10.

Black History Program at Westgate High School (The Daily Iberian)

Westgate High School presented a Black History Program on Friday. The theme was “Appreciating wisdom and forever remembering the past.� The program started with the Pledge of Allegiance followed by a moment of silence for deployed servicemen.
