seARTS seeks artists to celebrate Cape Ann’s literary history (The Cape Ann Beacon)

seARTS will award grants to six artists seeking to create work in response to Cape Ann’s literary history. Grants of $1,500 will enable visual artists, writers and performance artists to partner with local businesses.

In December 2007, we held an environmental art festival in the Persian Gulf. This festival had no sponsors. The young artists paid for the cost of their trip, food, and supplies they needed to create their art works.
